NO TRAINING TONIGHT - 16 August

Because of the bad weather we are cancelling both Junior and Senior classes tonight. We will send updates out via Email, the Website and our Facebook page so please check these channels before heading off to class this week. 

Remember that Grading is on the 4 September, so eventhough there is no formal class tonight keep up your own personal training at home if possible. Stay warm and enjoy the snow.
